Spinach w/Feta Salad  and Broccoli Salad with Feta

It has been a while since I have published a few recipes.  Please forgive me for my lack of recipe sharing with you.  My New Year's resolution is to share a new recipe each month as originally presented.   I hope that several of you have had the chance to try the recipes we have published.  I used the Blueberry Dessert recipe twice just this past week for the holidays.  Fresh blueberries have been available and a great addition.

I have orders this next week for some fun salads to go with dinner.  The recipes we are excited to share with you at this time are a couple of our family favorites to use as a side dish in the winter or for a luncheon in the summer.  The trick is to allow the time for the dressing/and or salad, as specified, to marinate and not just throw the salad together just before serving.
