CHEVRÉ

Chevre is fresh goat cheese with a semi-soft spreadable body.  It can be used in a variety of dishes from spreads to Cheese cakes and Mediterranean dishes.  It adds a wonderful, rich, piquant flavor to any tomato based sauces.  Also, an excellent compliment to fresh fruit. 

We have developed a make recipe protocol that gives our Chevre Cheese a smooth flavor with a creamy yet firm texture.  We use only Grade ‘A’ naturally produced Goat milk (hormone free of course).  All of our cheeses are handmade in small batches following strict quality guidelines to maintain our exceptional flavor.
